This is my own version of 
Cheesy Tomato-Mushroom Egg Omelette.

Good day everyone !! Here's a simple basic delicious EGG OMELETTE for you to follow. 


  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 slide of cheddar cheese  ( you can choose your own preferred cheese )
  • Cherry Tomatoes - sliced in halves ( If you don't have any, you can use the usual size tomato)
  • Button Mushrooms - chopped ( By choice, you can use Shitake, Enoki, Portabello or even Oyster Mushrooms, Which ever that is available to you. I used canned Button Mushroom.)
  • 1/2 Onion - diced
  • 2 cloves of Garlic - diced
  • Olive Oil / Unsalted Butter - for cooking

Pan fry the onion and garlic until slightly brown and pour in the egg. After egg starting to firm-up, spread the rest of the ingredients on top of the egg. You may want to fry your mushroom 1st before cooking the egg. Again, referring to what type of mushroom you choose. 

Fold it in half and wait for it to cook and Wah-lah DONE.!!  

You can eat it plain by itself or you can eat with a whole meal bread or even Pair it with fruits too. If you want more flavor, Pour some condiments of your choice too. 😋😋

This is for 1-2 person egg dish. 

Since I am on a diet phrase, every portion and intake counts. So less salts and preservatives. 💖
