[ HEALTHY BANANA MILKSHAKE WITH AVOCADO ,YOGURT & CHIA SEEDS RECIPE ]

Welcome to my awesome blog 😆. Today I'm gonna share another favorite banana milk shake recipe but the healthier version for you all to try out okay ! 

This Recipe is for 1 tall glass -

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 cups of Full Cream Milk or Skim Milk (your choice)
  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 2 scoops of Yogurt ( Can use Greek Yogurt if you want )
  • A pinch of salt ( if you want some salty taste)
  • A pinch of sugar ( you can substitute with Honey, cater to your own taste )
  • A handful of ice cubes ( to your liking)
  • 1 teaspoon of Chia Seeds
 

Blend all the ingredients together and it's DONE.  So there, a quick and easy healthy recipe for a delicious homemade milk shake that you can enjoy at home !!
