I just wanna share with you all my personal reviews on some cookies I've eaten from Dorsett Grand Subang Hotel. So read on okay! 😜

So, I got these 2 types of cookies in a good-looking compact bottle. The labels really catch my attention. Sambal and  Durian flavored cookies. 

I for one, am a skeptic of unfamiliar, different, not my usual flavor of type of cookies. Took the 1st look at the bottle and uttered the word ' Eww seriously?!' and rolled my eyes. 👀 Mind you, I DO NOT LIKE DURIANS. Haha. 😂😂Roll your eyes in disbelief but YES, I am one of those people who hate the smell of strong Durian odor. But wait !!! Things do get better  😙

Anyway, here's my every intake of the flavor of the cookies.

Sambal Cookies 

When you open the bottle, you get the whiff smell of the sambal. Suddenly reminding you of Nasi Lemak 😄 

Taste - The sambal taste was quite subtle and not overpowering. You can taste the anchovies and spices at the tip of your tongue. The cookies somehow taste creamy at the end of it which compliments each other. Quite unique ~

Texture - I like the texture. Not too soft or crumbly and not too hard or tough to bite. You can get bits of the anchovies in it. 

Durian Cookies 

Me. Feeling like being forced to do something. .😓 Opened up the bottle expecting a strong smell to attack my lovely button nose and give me a headache, just to find that only the smell was surprisingly so mild. 😲 SERIOUSLY. IT DOESN'T SMELL THAT BAD.😋 So I gave it a chance and took a bite of the cookie.

Taste - Surprisingly it is so mild, you can slightly taste the durian. For a person who hates durian, this cookie can be acceptable to eat. It tasted good but still wouldn't be my choice to munch on while watching TV. Lol 😁

Texture - Same as the sambal cookie but softer and creamier. 

SO WHICH COOKIES DO YOU GUESS WILL BE THE WINNER?

OF COURSE !! IT'S THE SAMBAL COOKIES !! 💗 It's a no-brainer ~😝

My husband likes the Durian cookies and I like the Sambal. So yeah, no wastage in this household. Lol.
