DORSETT GRAND SUBANG HOTEL, SUBANG JAYA.

Offering wonderful aromas reminiscing home-cooked dishes which will allures hungry tummies with entrancing and delectable whiffs at Dorsett Grand Subang , Terazza Brasserie for this upcoming Ramadan Month.

Hey all ! How have you been doing this past February month ?! 😀All good, I hope!

So last week on Thursday, 27th of February 2020, I was given the opportunity by Miss Nora Jaswa from Dorsett Grand Subang Hotel to try on their exquisite Ramadan menu this year !!

I'm gonna share with you all some great honest review that in regards of the menus that I've  personally tried and preferred while dining out at Dorsett Grand Subang Hotel for this up coming Ramadan month . 😎

As you all know, Ramadan is just around the corner ( on Thursday 23rd of April 2020, to be exact 😬) As Muslims contemplate each long day’s fast, and reflect on the spiritual nourishment the month of Ramadan brings them, thoughts will invariably turn to another type of sustenance.

The Beautiful Swimming Pool view at night.💗

This is exactly what Dorsett Grand Subang provides at this year Ramadan offering. Themed “Semarak Iftar”, the Lower Ground level of the five-star hotel features a memorable Iftar offerings complete with lavish sumptuous spread at the all-day dining restaurant, Terazza Brasserie.

The entrance of TERAZZA BRASSERIE

Boasting over 90 dishes made in-house on rotational basis this Ramadan season, Terazza Brasserie is made to resemble stalls like a Ramadan bazaar, showcasing classic and local favourite dishes celebrating Visit Malaysia 2020 (VM2020) national's campaign.

Opening the curtain to the Iftar indulgence would be the wide variety of appetizers with the likes of traditional local salad or Kerabu, an assortment of Sambal and local Deep Fried Crackers with the likes of Keropok SotongKeropok IkanKeropok SayurEmping Malinja and Papadom. Sooo yummmy !! 😋

The varierities of Kerabu was distinctively GOOD!! This is a MUST HAVE dish if you love Malay Cuisine and of course , vegetables 😂

Around the restaurant – inside or outside, you can find a team of culinary enthusiasts will man a selection of live stations where you can get and replenish your fill, and sample dishes all you can – from Sup Gear Box and Sup Campur Utara stall, to the popular Roti Canai, Roti Telur, Chicken Murtabak and Roti John stall.

The broth of the soup was flavorful and full of rich spices. While the meat was so tender and juicy. Right off from the bones 😆

Look at that size!!
And Guys..... Your Iftar will not be complete without feasting your eyes and appetite on the Roasted Baby Lamb with Mandy Arabic Rice and the traditional Bubur Lambuk

Taste to perfection with savory soft Arabic rice, with a hint of lemon to ease the strong smell of the lamb which was succulent . It was definitely DIVINE !💗

That's not all !!! This fantastic line-up of live stalls will also serve local noodle favourites with the likes of Laksa Sarawak, Penang Prawn Noodle Soup, Laksa Johor, Laksa Kedah, Kelantanese Laksam and Mee Soto Jawa along with another local favourite – Nasi Kukus, which is served with a side of Ayam Goreng Berempah, Pajeri Nenas or Pajeri Terung, Hati Ayam Goreng Sambal and other condiments and many more.

I ate the Laksa Johor and Fried Kuey Tiew. 👍👍👍 It was quite nice.

The Nasi Kukus with Ayam Goreng Rempah and Sambal was finger-licking GOOD ! 😍

Should one have room for desserts, ( WHO DOESN'T ?? ) a selection of cakes, cookies, and assorted Malay kuih such as Onde-Onde, Badak Berendam, Tapai Pulut dan Ubi, Pulut Panggang will make for a sweet Iftar ending. 😲

I went cray-crayyyy for the kuih Cara Lauk , Pulut Panggang, Kuih Lapis and Koci.  😁 Taste just like old folks used to make 👌

I had the cute cakes and some puddings too !! SCRUMPTIOUS  !!

Alternatively, have a bowl of refreshing Pulut Hitam Porridge, Cendol or Ais Kacang and even various assortment of ice-cream flavours. A variety of toppings and sauces are available, so just lather on whichever strikes your fancy. 💗😍

Guys, if you never had Bubur Gandum before, you can surely start here ! I've had some before but here, it was SPOT ON !! Not too sweet and the wheat was not too soggy. Give it a TRY !! 👍 The Pengat Pisang was heavenly too !!! 💘

Doesn't everything looks delicious and scrumptious to indulge and savour ?!! 😋😍Cant wait to get your hands on these mouth-watering cuisines ??
